5.1 Colorado Residents — Colorado Privacy Act (CPA)

- 7 years: Closing Disclosure and final loan documentation
Once these periods have expired, we securely destroy the information.
9. Minors
This site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
